Return & Refund Policy
At Shifa Al-Asal, we are committed to delivering premium-quality honey products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly provide clear photographs of the product and packaging. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
Refund Procedure
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original method of payment.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used honey jars.
- Products damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery.
This policy applies to orders delivered within Pakistan only.
